Fill out this Form to request a slot. Commissions are not first come first serve, and depending on my workload, filling a form does not guarantee you a slot.

If I pick your commission, I will contact you myself with a rough sketch for you to approve. Unlimited changes are allowed during that phase.

Once the rough sketch approved, I will send payment info. I will only start once i have received full or partial payment. (See section 4 - Payment for details)

Any big changes after the rough sketch is approved might result in an extra fee depending on the amount of work needed for it. This does not include corrections if I misunderstood or forgot something.

Once completed, your artwork will be sent via email as a PNG file.

Bluesky: Depending on your DM settings, I might be unable to send images through DMs on Bluesky. If so, please provide another platform for me to reach out to.

Discord: Depending on your DM settings, I might have to send a friend request before I can talk and send images. You are free to unfriend me once we are done with the commission, no pressure at all.

Upload the artwork with full and proper credit (tagging my account or adding links to my profile). However, sharing directly from my own posts is preferred and much appreciated.

Ask to remain anonymous when I post the artwork online, or for it to not be posted publicly at all.

Have the artwork printed for personal use only.

Claim the artwork as yours;

Modify the image in any way by cropping, applying filters, altering or removing my signature, overpainting, etc.;

Use the artwork for any commercial purposes;

Use the artwork for any NFT minting or AI training.

Each and every price shown is in $CAD.

Payment must be sent through PayPal invoice.

Anything equal to or below 100$ CAD must be paid upfront.

Anything above 100$ CAD may be split 100$ upfront, and the remaining amount later if needed.

If payment is split, progress updates will be very limited, and depending on the type of commission, progress might be paused until the balance is paid.

Full or partial payment must be sent within 3 days of receiving the invoice. If no payment is sent after those 3 days, your commission will be cancelled.

If more time is needed (like waiting for a paycheck), please let me know as soon as possible, I will be happy to give you some more time.

Prices might change without notice. If any pricing change occurs while I am working on your commission, you will not be charged any differently than what was initially agreed upon.

If you have an issue at any point during the commission process, please do let me know as soon as possible so we can sort things out.

Cancelled commissions are non-refundable at any stage of the process.

If I am at fault for not being able to complete your commission, you will be notified and refund details will be discussed. Refund amount will depend on the type of commission ordered, and how much progress has been made.

If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point during or after the process, you will lose any right to the commissioned artwork, finished or not, and be blacklisted.

By commissioning me, you're purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all the rights to my work, and reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for self-promotion.

Any work discarded for any reason might be reused later for my own projects.

I cannot provide a turnaround time, but will always try to complete artwork within a reasonable time period according to my current workload. However, if any real delay is to be expected, I will let you know as soon as possible.

I value quality over speed, and I will not accept any rushed commissions.

Any known scammer or anyone intentionally and/or repeatedly breaking any of my rules will be ignored and blacklisted.
